Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site.

Product Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.


We expect to ship your order within 2/3 working days. We ship all over the world. See details below. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time to ask a question about delivery methods, or to track the progress of your order, on 07812 475135, or sales@lockdownfightwear.com. If you need to receive your order before a certain time of day, please just ask us and we will be happy to give you a price to deliver the item before 1.00pm.

UK Mainland

Free shipping to mainland UK. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier (1kg +), and will generally arrive within 2 – 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 21 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.

Europe (Including Republic of Ireland)

This service is £8.95 on orders weighing up to 500g and £12.95 on orders weighing over 500g. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For and will usually arrive within 3 to 15 working days. For security reasons orders within Europe (outside of the UK) can only be shipped to the card holders address, alternative shipping addresses will not be accepted.

Rest of World

This Service is a flat rate of £14.95 and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For or by Business Post and will usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days. For security reasons international orders can only be shipped to the card holders address, alternative shipping addresses will not be accepted.

As all of our shipping methods require a signature upon delivery we advise you choose a shipping address you know you will be at between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If no one is available to sign for your package a card will be left by the carrier instructing you what to do. Please read the card carefully, follow the instructions and do not throw it away. If your package is returned to us due to failure to collect/sign for, we will unfortunately have to apply a second delivery charge before your order can be shipped again. If a package is returned to us due to not being signed for/collected and you then request to cancel your order shipping costs will not be refunded, if you have received free shipping £3.95 will be deducted from the value of the goods being refunded.

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus on International and Offshore UK addresses only

If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.

*** Please note that Lockdownfightwear.com is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid if instructed to do so. Please contact your local customs office on information regarding customs duties and taxes before ordering

Payment and Stock Availability

Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.
Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit card or PayPal.

Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.


In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.
We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.
Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.
Return Policy

We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment – without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will accept exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
– Items must be in the original packaging
– Items must be clean and free from wear
– Items must be unwashed

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc). *For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups, socks, compression shorts, and supplements cannot be returned, even if they are new.

All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Lockdownfightwear.com. Prior, to return or exchange any product you must download and fill the RMA form here.


All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.

Data Protection and Privacy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party.
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.

Changing terms

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

The contents of any documents on the Web site are believed to be current and accurate as of its publication date Lockdown Fightwear assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
